摘 要:目的建立一种中药口服液中砷和汞的原子荧光光谱法检测方法。方法采用微波消解法对口服液样品进行消解,用原子荧光光谱法测定其中砷和汞的含量,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果对于所测元素砷和汞,校正曲线的相关系数分别为0.9976和0.9979,回收率分别为93.5%~102.0%和98.3%~101.3%,RSD分别为4.52%和5.22%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药口服液中砷和汞含量的测定提供了较好的方法,对于批量检测任务,大大提高了工作效率。Objective To establish a determination method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for detecting arsenic(As)and mercury(Hg)in traditional Chinese medicine oral-liquid.Methods Atomic fluorescence spectrometry with micro-wave assisted sample digestion was applied to the determination of arsenic and mercury in traditional Chinese medicine oral-liquid.And the determination method was studied by methodology.Results The correla⁃tive coefficients of the calibration curves were 0.9976,0.9979 for As and Hg respectively,with the recovery 93.5%-102.0%and 98.3%-101.3%,RSD 4.52%and 5.22%.Conclusion The method is quick,convenient,accu⁃rate and highly sensitive.The method has been applied to the determination of arsenic and mercury in Chinese medicine oral-liquid with satisfactory results.It also improves the work efficiency greatly for batch testing tasks.
