摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师的药学干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者使用吸入制剂疗效的影响。方法选取2021年4月~2021年12月泰州市人民医院咳喘门诊使用吸入制剂进行治疗的50名慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,收集患者药学干预前与干预后1个月、3个月的慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)得分情况,进行单因素重复测量资料的方差分析,应用SPSS系统进行统计学分析,从而判断出患者的药物治疗效果。结果药学干预前COPD患者CAT评分为(32.12±1.86)分,药学干预1个月后CAT评分为(25.78±1.86)分,干预3个月后CAT评分为(20.72±3.15)分,P<0.05,药学干预前后CAT评分具有显著性差异。结论对使用吸入制剂的COPD患者进行药学干预,可以显著提高患者药物治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacological interventions by clinical pharmacists on the effi⁃cacy of inhaled formulations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 50 pa⁃tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were treated with inhaled agents were selected in the Cough and Asthma Clinic of Taizhou People's Hospital from April 2021 to December 2021.COPD As⁃sessment Test(CAT)was collected before pharmaceutical intervention and 1 month and 3 months after interven⁃tion,Paired analysis of variance was performed.SPSS system was used for statistical analysis,so as to determine the drug treatment effect of the patient.Results The CAT score of COPD patients before pharmaceutical inter⁃vention was(32.12±1.86)points,After 1 month of pharmaceutical intervention,the CAT score was(25.78±1.86)points,and after 3 months of intervention,the CAT score was(20.72±3.15)points,P<0.05.There were significant differences in CAT scores before and after pharmaceutical intervention.Conclusion Pharmacological intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease could significantly improve the drug treat⁃ment effect of patients using inhaled preparations.
