延续护理在食管癌术后带空肠造瘘管出院患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：探讨延续护理在食管癌术后带空肠造瘘管出院患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年8月~2019年12月行“右进胸食管癌根治术”术后留置空肠造瘘管患者共40例,按数字表法随机分对照组20例和观察组20例,对照组患者出院后实施常规电话随访,观察组实施延续护理干预,对实施前后体重变化、三头肌皮皱厚度改变、白蛋白、血红蛋白数值进行对比。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组的体重变化、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平及三头肌皮褶厚度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对食管癌术后带空肠造瘘管出院患者进行延续护理干预,可以明显改善患者营养状况,提高出院患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in discharged patients with jejunosto⁃my tube after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with indenture jejunostomy tube after radical resection of right thoracic esophageal carcinoma were selected from our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)according to the digital table method.Patients in the control group received routine telephone follow-up after discharge,and patients in the observation group received continuous nursing intervention.The changes of body weight,triceps skin wrinkle thickness,albumin and hemoglobin before and after the operation were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group;P<0.05,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant.The changes of body weight,serum albumin,hemoglobin levels and triceps skin fold thickness in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for discharged patients with je⁃junostomy tube after esophageal cancer operation can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and improve the satisfaction of discharged patients.
