摘　　要：机械通气的使用在临床危重症患者诊疗过程中较为常见,但机械通气过程中可能由于原发病以外的多种因素导致撤机困难,其中腹腔内高压、镇痛镇静药物蓄积、膈肌功能衰弱等是导致撤机困难的常见原因。针刺疗法具有调节胃肠道功能、发挥镇痛镇静效果、恢复膈肌功能的作用,可通过纠正不同并发因素优化机械通气撤机方案,提高撤机成功率。The use of mechanical ventilation is more common in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical critically ill patients.However,in the process of mechanical ventilation,it may be difficult to withdraw from the machine due to various factors other than the primary disease.Among them,intra-abdominal hypertension,accumulation of analgesic and sedative drugs,and weakness of diaphragmatic function are common causes of difficulty in weaning.Acupuncture has obvious efficacy in regulating gastrointestinal function,exerting analgesic and sedative effect and improving muscle weakness.Acupuncture intervention can optimize the scheme of mechanical ventilation weaning,and improve the success rate by correcting different concurrent factors.
