摘　　要：目的分析PDCA质量管理模式降低肿瘤介入治疗患者并发症的效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月武汉科技大学附属天佑医院收治接受介入治疗的肿瘤患者136例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各68例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上实施PDCA质量管理模式,综合比较分析两组患者术后并发症发生率、生活质量评分、满意度评分。结果观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为22.1%,明显低于对照组的47.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度为95.6%,高于对照组的72.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肿瘤介入治疗患者实施PDCA质量管理,能降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量和满意度。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of PDCA quality management mode in reducing complications of patients with tumor interventional therapy.Methods A total of 136 tumor patients with interventional therapy admitted to Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 68 cases in e ach group.Under routine nursing mode performed in the control group and under PDCA quality management mode performed in the observation group on this basis,the incidence of postoperative complications,patients’quality of life score and satisfaction score were comprehensively compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 22.1%,which was significantly lower than 47.1%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.6%,which was higher than 72.1%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA quality management for patients with tumor interventional therapy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
