摘  要:通过研究磷渣的成分及掺量对熟料的烧成影响规律,设计磷渣生料配料方案并应用于新型干法水泥生产。摸索磷渣生料烧成精细化操作,降低熟料热耗,同时提高熟料质量。研究结果表明:适量的磷渣对生料的易烧性有显著影响,在磷渣掺量达到4%时,生料的易烧性就已很好;掺磷渣配料制备的水泥熟料,一方面硅酸三钙提早形成,另一方面可以通过增加熟料率值KH,提高硅酸三钙的含量,可以使磷渣熟料的早期强度和后期强度得到提升。In this research,it intends to study the influence of the composition and content of phosphorus slag on the sintering of clinker.Meanwhile it designed the raw material batching scheme of phosphorus slag and applied to the production of new dry process cement.At the same time this research explored the fine operation of raw material sintering of phosphorus slag to reduce the heat consumption of clinker and improve the quality of clinker.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of phosphorus slag into the raw meal can significantly improve the burnability of the raw meal.When the content of phosphorus slag reaches 4%,the burnability of the raw meal is very good.For the preparation of cement clinker with phosphorus slag proportioning,tricalcium silicate forms earlier.On the other hand,the early strength and later strength of phosphorus slag clinker can be improved by increasing KH and increasing the content of tricalcium silicate.
