摘 要:对采用包套轧制一粉末冶金法制备的泡沫铝复合板预制坏进行发泡,研究不同温度下预制坏芯层的发泡行为,并通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、力学试验机等对泡沫铝复合板的泡孔形貌、芯层组织、物相分布以及三点弯曲性能进行观测。结果表明:复合板预制坏界面结合良好,芯层颗粒致密紧实,粉末实现了较高的合金化。当发泡温度为620℃时,芯层泡孔形貌最佳,孔壁组织均匀,气孔、夹杂缺陷较少,复合板具有最大的弯曲刚度和较高的极限破坏载荷,力学性能优异。The prefabricated aluminum foam composite panels prepared by cladding rolling and powder metallurgy were foamed,and the foaming behavior of prefabricated core layer at different temperature was studied.The cell morphology,core layer microstructure,phase distribution and three point bending properties of aluminum foam composite panels were characterized through metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and mechanical testing machine.The results show that the prefabricated composite panels have good interface bonding,the core layer particles are compact,and high alloying of powders has been achieved.When the foaming temperature is 620℃,the cell morphology of the core layer is the best,the cell wall structure is uniform,and the porosities and inclusions are less.At this temperature,the composite panel has the maximum bending stiffness and high ultimate failure load,and has excellent mechanical properties.
