摘  要:随着装配式建筑建造技术的发展,大型施工装备的应用越来越多。施工装备平台是保证整个装备正常运行的基础,除装备自重外,不同工况下受到的动荷载也是影响装备安全运行的重要因素。对装配式建筑构件高效吊装安装综合装备进行研究,根据装备在工作及非工作状态下受到的不同类型荷载进行组合,建立不同工况下有限元计算模型,分析采用空间桁架结构的综合装备专用起重平台变形、应力、自振频率等。研究结果表明,工作及非工作状态下的起重平台结构响应满足设计要求,平台安全可靠。With the development of prefabricated building construction technology, a growing number of the large-scale construction equipment is applied. The construction equipment platform is the basis to ensure the normal operation of the whole equipment. In addition to the self-weight of the equipment, the different dynamic loads during the operation and off-working states are also important factors which can affect the safe operation of the equipment. This paper uses the comprehensive equipment for efficient hoisting and installation of prefabricated building components as an example and reports the structural behavior of the equipment subjected to different load combinations at the operation and off-working states. The finite element models are established to analyze whether the structural deformation stress and resonance of the equipment lifting platform frame structure meet the design requirements at different working conditions. The research results show that equipment lifting platform frame structure stratifies the design requirements and is safe to use.
