摘  要:为解决装配式剪力墙竖向钢筋套筒灌浆连接存在的灌浆质量难保证、施工效率低等问题,提出一种新型预制墙体竖向分布钢筋不连接装配式剪力墙结构体系(SGBL装配式剪力墙)。采用合理的有限元建模方法,探究不同轴压比、高厚比、现浇边缘构件配筋率等参数对SGBL装配式剪力墙平面外受力性能的影响,并提出适用于新型装配式剪力墙的平面外承载力计算方法。研究表明,SGBL装配式剪力墙的平面外受力性能与现浇剪力墙相似,随着轴压比的增大,SGBL试件平面外承载力逐渐超过现浇试件;轴压比对SGBL装配式剪力墙的平面外受力性能影响显著,减小高厚比能有效提升平面外承载力,增加墙肢长度和边缘构件配筋率对平面外承载力提升有限。To eliminate the shortcomings in the grouting sleeve in precast shear wall structure induced by the poor grouting,difficult quality assurance and low construction efficiency,a new type of precast shear wall structure with unconnected vertical distributed reinforcements(SGBL precast shear wall)was proposed.A reasonable finite element modelling method is used to investigate the effects of different parameters such as axial compression ratio,height-thickness ratio and cast-in-place edge members reinforcement ratio on the out-of-plane mechanical performance of SGBL precast shear walls,and to propose an out-of-plane bearing capacity calculation method applicable to the new precast shear walls.The results show that the out-of-plane mechanical performance of SGBL precast shear wall is similar to that of cast-in-situ shear wall.With the increase of axial compression ratio,the out-of-plane bearing capacity of SGBL specimens gradually exceeds that of cast-in-situ specimens.The axial compression ratio has a significant effect on the out-of-plane mechanical performance of SGBL precast shear wall and decreasing height-thickness ratio can effectively improve the out-of-plane bearing capacity.Increasing the length of precast shear wall and cast-in-situ edge member reinforcements ratio has limited effect on the out-of-plane bearing capacity.
