摘  要:在外安全壳顶布置非能动钢筋混凝土墙板结构水箱,内壁铺设不锈钢衬里用于防水。水箱结构建设过程中,综合考虑现场施工环境、施工工序、施工进度要求,基于大跨度、高支模支撑体系应用较繁杂,在满足土建结构施工要求的基础上,为后续ASP不锈钢水箱钢衬里安装提供作业平台,反应堆厂房非能动水箱采用超大型钢结构支撑体系。该支撑体系大量采用螺栓连接,现场焊接量小;其顶部可调顶托设计可解决板底拆模空间问题,同时可用于对平整度要求较高的结构进行施工调整控制。The non-energy reinforced concrete wall panel structure water tank is arranged on top of the outer containment,and the inner wall is lined with stainless steel for waterproofing.During the construction of the water tank structure,taking into account the site construction environment,construction process and construction schedule requirements,based on the large-span,high support moulding support system application is more complicated,in order to meet the civil structure construction requirements on the basis of the subsequent ASP stainless steel water tank steel lining installation to provide a operation platform,the reactor plant non-energetic water tank using super-large steel structure support system.The support system uses a large number of bolted connections,with a small amount of on-site welding.Its top adjustable top bracket design can solve the problem of demoulding space at the bottom of the slab,and can also be used for construction adjustment and control of structures with high requirements for levelness.
