摘  要:针对核电站核岛厂房封闭空间施工技术要求,通过设计工装优化、精细化管理,对核电站核岛厂房通风井、电梯井、楼梯间、电气间等狭小封闭空间混凝土结构底模支撑进行评估分析,研究此类结构的施工特点、关键部位施工工序及施工注意事项。通过预制钢挂台、钢挂靴等钢构件,配合支撑钢梁+支撑钢管架形成支撑工装系统,较传统钢管支撑系统的施工更简化,降低了施工安全风险系数及核电站建设成本,实现了土建结构、房间油漆、物项安装施工一体化,形成流水作业,为提升施工效率创造了条件。In view of the construction technical requirements for confined spaces in nuclear island plants of nuclear power plants,the construction methods of design tooling optimisation and refined management are used to evaluate and analyse the bottom formwork support of concrete structures in narrow confined spaces such as air shafts,lift shafts,stairwells and electric equipment compartmert in nuclear island plants of nuclear power plants,and to study the construction characteristics,construction process of key parts and construction precautions for such structures.Through the prefabricated steel hanging platform,steel hanging shoe and other steel components,together with the supporting steel beam+supporting steel pipe frame to form a supporting tooling system,the construction is more simplified than the traditional steel pipe supporting system,reducing the construction safety risk factor and nuclear power plant construction costs,realizing the integration of civil structure,room painting and item installation construction,forming a flowing operation,creating the conditions for improving construction efficiency.
