甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月于我院就诊的200例轮状病毒腹泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分配的方式将其分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞计数(WBC)低于治疗前,锌(Zn)水平高于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻的效果显著,可调节炎性反应及免疫功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of glycyrrhiza zinc granule in adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 200 children with rotavirus diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,the children were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets,and the study group was treated with glycyrrhiza zinc granule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count(WBC)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the zinc(Zn)level was higher than that before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune globulin A(IgA),immune globulin M(IgM)and immune globulin G(IgG)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhiza zinc granule combined with Bifidobacterium quadruplex viable tablets in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea in children has a significant effect,it can regulate the inflammatory response and immune function,which is worthy of promotion.
