摘　　要：目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合川百止痒洗剂对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者临床症状及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法选择2018年8月至2021年1月收治的84例VVC患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组接受常规治疗联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上加川百止痒洗剂。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的外阴瘙痒、外阴红肿、阴道充血评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的乳杆菌数量多于对照组,白色假丝酵母菌数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MCP-1、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合川百止痒洗剂治疗VVC患者的临床效果显著,可调节阴道菌群数量,改善MCP-1与IL-1β水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of nifuratel and nystatin vaginal soft capsules combined with Chuanbai Zhiyang Xiji on clinical symptoms and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods A total of 84 patients with VVC admitted from August 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment combined with nifuratail and nystatin vaginal soft capsules,and the observation group was added Chuanbai Zhiyang Xiji on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,vulvar redness and vaginal congestion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Lactobacillus in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the number of Candida albicans was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCP-1 and IL-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifuratail and nystatin vaginal soft capsules combined with Chuanbai Zhiyang Xiji in the treatment of VVC patients has a significant clinical effect,it can regulate the number of vaginal flora and improve the levels of MCP-1 and IL-1β,which is worthy of promotion.
