摘　　要：文明交流互鉴既指文化走出去,也指文化引进来。文化贸易是世界文明交流互鉴的一种非常有效的手段,是文化走出去与引进来双向一体的过程,其中,文化输入的指导方针与基本原则是文化扬弃。以时空观、民族观、形质观作为文化扬弃的过滤器,可以引进适合中国实际的世界优秀文化,在多元交流互鉴的基础上,激发全民族文化创新创造活力,实现社会主义文化强国建设目标,提升中华文化影响力,推动中华文化更好走向世界。Civilized exchanges and mutual learning refer to both cultural going out and cultural introduction.Cultural trade is a very effective means for the exchange and mutual learning of world civilizations,and a two-way integrated process of cultural going out and introducing.The guiding principle and basic principle of cultural input are cultural sublation.With the view of time-space,nationality,and form-quality as the filter of cultural sublation,we can introduce the world’s excellent culture suitable for the actual situation in China.On the basis of diversified exchanges and mutual learning,we can stimulate the cultural innovation and creativity of the whole nation,achieve the goal of building a socialist cultural power,enhance the influence of Chinese culture,and globalize Chinese culture better.
