摘　　要：在城市现代化发展进程中,公共交通运行效率不足的问题拖慢了城市健康发展的脚步。本文立足于“公交服务于人民”的城市发展理念,进一步激活公交在城市运输体系中的积极作用,从城市公交体系系统设计要求出发,提出一套基于公交数据平台的智慧公交车辆告警和调度分析算法。在实时车辆GPS采集的公交运行数据以及GIS地图服务提供的路网和线路数据的基础上,通过系统内部全域监测分析得出告警信息,并及时推送给公交调度人员,为线路优化和线路调度提供足够的数据支撑。In the process of urban modernization development,the problem of insufficient operation efficiency of public transportation has slowed down the pace of urban healthy development.Based on the urban development concept of"public transport serving the people",this paper further activates the active role of public transport in the urban transportation system,and proposes a set of intelligent public transport vehicle warning and scheduling analysis based on the public transport data platform based on the design requirements of the urban public transport system.algorithm.Based on the bus operation data collected by the real-time vehicle GPS and the road network and route data provided by the GIS map service,the alarm information is obtained through the global monitoring and analysis within the system,and is pushed to the bus dispatcher in time to provide route optimization and route dispatching.sufficient data support.
