摘　　要：面对数字转型给文件归档工作带来的冲击,论文从历史主义与逻辑主义相统一的角度出发,提出并论述了电子文件归档的本质仍然是人类在记录保存中做出的无奈、优化、合理的选择;通过梳理电子文件归档在概念、范围、方式及时间上的变化情况,总结归纳出归档概念要素重构、归档范围扩展、归档方式多元、归档时效优化的发展趋势及应对思路;主张坚守电子文件归档的本质,遵循规律、顺应变化,充分发挥我国归档制度的优越性,以解决当下电子文件归档的现实问题。Faced with the impacts of digital transition on documents filing,this paper proposes and discusses the essence of electronic document filing from the perspective of the unification of historicism and logicism.It puts forward that electronic documents filing is still a helpless,optimized and reasonable selection made by human beings for records preservation.By sorting out the changes of electronic documents filing in the concept,scope,method and time,this paper summarizes the development trend and countermeasures of electronic documents filing,including the reconstruction of filing concept elements,expansion of filing scope,diversification of filing methods,and optimization of archiving effectiveness.This paper advocates sticking to the essence of electronic documents filing,following the rules and adapting to changes,and giving full play to the superiority of Chinese documents filing system,so as to solve the current practical problems of electronic documents filing.
