摘　　要：矿用难燃液压支架液作为煤炭开采行业的必备物资之一,液压支架液的质量直接影响液压支架设备使用寿命和生产安全。该文对中国矿用难燃液压支架液市场进行了调研,总结了中国矿用难燃液压支架液行业的基本情况和技术水平。从质量标准、产品分类、产品特性和市场现状等方面进行了综合分析,对难燃液压支架液行业发展趋势进行了探讨。指出防腐防锈性、润滑性、稳定性、通用性和生物降解性是难燃液压支架液未来的发展方向。The quality of the hydraulic support fluid,one of the essential materials in the coal mining industry,directly affects the service life of the hydraulic support facility and the operation safety.In this paper,the China market of fire-resistant hydraulic support fluids for mining was investigated,and the basic conditions and technical status of the fire-resistant hydraulic support fluid sector in China were summarized.Besides,a comprehensive analysis was made from the aspects of quality standard,product classification,product characteristics and market status,and the development trend of the fire-resistant hydraulic support fluid sector was discussed.It is indicated that corrosion/rust resistance,lubricity,stability,universality and biodegradability are the future prospects of fire-resistant hydraulic support fluids.
