气体机油在煤层气发电中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究了煤层气的气体燃料特性,分析了以煤层气为燃料的固定式发动机特点,提出使用煤层气的固定式发动机的润滑要求,通过采用气体专用油在一款固定式燃气发动机上进行试验,分析润滑油的理化特性、元素含量等,研究煤层气燃料的固定式发动机润滑油特性,结果表明该气体机油能满足发动机的润滑要求,但是煤层气含水量成为制约换油周期的关键影响因素。In this paper,the gas fuel characteristics of coalbed methane were studied,and the features of stationary engines fueled by coalbed methane were analyzed.In addition,lubricating requirements for stationary engines fueled by coalbed methane were proposed.By carrying out tests with a stationary gas engine lubricated with special gas engine oil,oil samples were taken to analyze the physical and chemical properties,elements and content of the lubricating oil,and the lubricating oil characteristics of coalbed methane on stationary engines were studied.The results indicate that the gas engine oil can meet the engine lubrication requirements;however,the water content of coalbed methane has become the key influencing factor restricting the oil change interval.
