摘　　要：采用顶空气相色谱法检测曼尼希碱清净剂烷基化产物中邻甲酚含量,利用外标法,建立了邻甲酚的质量浓度与峰面积的标准曲线,结果表明邻甲酚的质量浓度与相应的峰面积有很好的线性关系,由此可以定性定量分析曼尼希碱清净剂烷基化产物中邻甲酚含量。该方法的加标回收率为95%~100%,具有操作简便、快捷、准确度高的特点。基于邻甲酚含量的测定,研究了其对曼尼希碱清净剂清净性的影响,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。The o-Cresol content in alkylation products of the Mannich base detergent was tested with the headspace gas chromatography.The standard curve of the mass concentration and peak area of the o-Cresol was established with an external standard method,and the results show good linear relationship between the two parameters.Based on the linear relationship,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the o-Cresol content in alkylation products of the Mannich base detergent could be carried out.Featured with simple and convenient operation and high accuracy,the method shows good recovery rate between 95%and 100%.Based on the determination of the o-Cresol content,the effect of o-Cresol on the detergency of Mannich base detergent was studied,which has great theoretical significance and application value.
