摘 要:选取不同黏度指数、黏度、精制程度的润滑油基础油作为实验材料,利用高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)考察各因素对润滑油基础油热氧化性能的影响,并将结果与SH/T 0196氧化管法进行比较。结果表明:基础油的热氧化性能随着黏度指数的升高、黏度的增大而逐渐改善;高压加氢基础油的热氧化性能最优,其次是溶剂精制基础油,中压加氢基础油最差;环烷基基础油对抗氧剂的感受性优于石蜡基基础油。PDSC实验结果与SH/T 0196氧化油酸值和沉淀物含量均具有很好的相关性,可以用于评价基础油的热氧化性能。By selecting lubricating base oils of different viscosity index,viscosity and refining level as the experimental materials,the influence of various factors on the thermal oxidation performance of lubricating base oils was investigated by Pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry(PDSC),and the results were compared with those obtained by the Oxidation Tube Method specified in SH/T 0196.The results show that the thermal oxidation performance of base oils improved progressively with the increase of viscosity index and viscosity;the thermal oxidation performance of high pressure hydrotreated base oil was the best,followed by solvent refined base oil,and that of medium pressure hydrotreated base oil was the worst;the sensitivity of naphthenic base oils to antioxidants was better than that of paraffin base oils.The experimental results of PDSC show good correlation with the oxidized oil acid value and sediment content specified in SH/T 0196,which can be used to evaluate the thermal oxidation performance of base oils.
