反刍动物瘤胃真菌特点及作用

摘　　要：对于反刍动物,真菌在瘤胃中产生的作用是不可忽视的,真菌产生的作用主要是在瘤胃中辅助消化纤维物质,将其转换为动物能摄取的营养。此外,真菌对于反刍动物,还能参与到瘤胃内蛋白质的降解工作中。瘤胃中的真菌在生长发育过程中可深入生长至植物纤维化组织的内部,对其中可溶性和结构性的碳水化合物进行降解,以及利用常见的碳水化合物,包含纤维素及果胶等。真菌在植物的纤维组织中进行穿透生长也能使反刍动物体内的细菌充分分解,并利用纤维物质提供基础条件。总的来说,反刍动物瘤胃中的真菌对于反刍动物的消化吸收来说至关重要,真菌群落的生长发育将直接关乎于反刍动物的消化功能。The role of fungi in the rumen can not be ignored,the role of fungi is mainly in the rumen to assist digestion of fiber material,which can be converted into nutrients that animals can take up.In addition,fungi are involved in the degradation of proteins in the rumen of Ruminantia.The fungus can grow deep into fiber plants tissues during development,degrade soluble and structural carbohydrates,and make use of common carbohydrates,contains cellulose and pectin etc..The penetration of the fungus into the fibrous tissue of the plant also allows the bacteria in the Ruminantia to break down sufficiently and use the fibrous material to provide the foundation.In general,fungi in the rumen of ruminants are essential for the digestion and absorption of Ruminantia,and the growth and development of fungal communities will be directly related to the digestive function of Ruminantia.
