摘　　要：大学生是社会人力资源的主力军,在当前复杂的世界变化局势及严峻的就业形势下,提高大学生的就业力是高等教育教学改革的重中之重。教学反思是教师提升教学水平、能力及人才培养质量的主要途径,该文从教师、学生、同行及用人单位反馈等角度收集评教数据,构建《羊生产学》教学反思模型,通过深度反思、剖析不断完善课程设计提升学生的就业力,践行高等教育教学改革对教师专业能力及新时代畜牧人才培养的要求。In the current complex world changing situation and severe employment situation,improving the employability of college students is the top priority of higher education teaching reform.Teaching reflection is the main way for teachers to improve their teaching level,ability and quality of personnel training.This paper collects teaching evaluation data from teachers,students,peers and employers,and constructs the teaching reflection model of“Sheep production”,through deep reflection and analysis,we can improve the curriculum design to improve the employability of students,and carry out the requirements of higher education teaching reform on the professional ability of teachers and the cultivation of livestock talents in the new era.
