摘 要:目的探讨黄芩苷对沙眼衣原体生殖道感染小鼠免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法建立沙眼衣原体生殖道感染小鼠模型,于给药4周后,观察小鼠的体征变化,测定体温和体质量;流式细胞术检测小鼠外周血CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)T淋巴细胞水平变化,酶联免疫吸附法检测小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)表达水平,观察小鼠生殖道病理改变。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠体质量降低(P<0.05),体温升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,阿奇霉素组和黄芩苷低、中、高剂量组小鼠体质量上升(P<0.05),阿奇霉素组和黄芩苷中、高剂量组小鼠体温降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组小鼠CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平降低(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,阿奇霉素组、黄芩苷中剂量组和高剂量组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平升高(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)水平降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组TNF-α水平升高(P<0.05),IFN-γ、IL-10水平降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,阿奇霉素组、黄芩苷低剂量组、中、高剂量组TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05),IFN-γ、IL-10水平升高(P<0.05)。病理切片发现,模型组炎症细胞浸润最为严重,黄芩苷高剂量组和阿奇霉素组炎症细胞浸润较少。结论黄芩苷可能通过调节炎症因子的表达和T淋巴细胞亚群水平的平衡来实现抗生殖感染、抗炎以及增强机体免疫的作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Baicalin on immune function and inflammatory factors of mice with genital tract infection of Chlamydia trachomatis.METHODS The models of mice with genital tract C.trachomatis infection were established,the body signs of the mice were observed after drug administration for 4 weeks,the body temperature and body mass were measured;the levels of peripheral blood CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)T lymphocytes of the mice were detected by flow cytometry,the expression levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-10(IL-10)of the mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the pathological changes of genital tracts of the mice were observed.RESULTS The body mass of the model group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the body temperature of the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body mass of the azithromycin group,the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose Baicalin groups was significantly higher than that of the model group(P<0.05),the body temperature of the azithromycin group,the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose Baicalin groups was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).The levels of CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the CD_(8)^(+)level of the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the azithromycin group,the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose Baicalin groups were significantly higher than those of the model group(P<0.05),the CD_(8)^(+)level of the azithromycin group,the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose Baicalin groups was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).The TNF-αof the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IFN-γand IL-10 of the model group were significantly lower than those
