摘 要:目的 研究不同浓度二氧化氯对重症监护病房(ICU)医疗环境中物表微生物及多药耐药菌的消毒效果。方法 分别采用现用现制浓度为100 mg/L和150 mg/L二氧化氯对2019年1月-12月山东省千佛山医院重症监护病房多药耐药菌感染/定植患者的周边环境物表高频接触部位进行清洁消毒,分析消毒前后物体表面的菌落总数和多药耐药菌检出情况。结果 二氧化氯消毒前47.2%的物表菌落数达到物表消毒效果标准(≤5 CFU/cm~2),100 mg/L二氧化氯消毒后76.3%的物表菌落数达标,150 mg/L二氧化氯消毒后90.0%的物表菌落数达标;不同浓度二氧化氯消毒后与消毒前物体表面菌落总数比较有统计学差异(χ^(2)=28.169,P<0.001;χ^(2)=24.609,P<0.001);不同浓度二氧化氯消毒后物体表面菌落总数比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.619,P=0.157);二氧化氯消毒前采样142份样本,其中10份样本检出多药耐药菌,100 mg/L和150 mg/L二氧化氯消毒后均未检出多药耐药菌。结论 二氧化氯消毒剂对ICU医疗环境物表微生物和多药耐药菌具有良好的消毒效果,100 mg/L二氧化氯即可达到良好的消毒效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of different concentrations of chlorine dioxide on disinfection of microorganisms and multidrug-resistant organisms(MDROs) on object surfaces of ICU medical environment.METHODS From Jan 2019 to Dec 2019,the object surfaces of surroundings of the patients with MDROs infection or colonization who were treated in ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were recruited as the study subjects,and the highly frequent contact sites were cleaned and disinfected by respectively using 100 mg/L and 150 mg/L of chlorine dioxide.The total bacterial colony counts and detection status of MDROs were observed and compared before and after the disinfection.RESULTS Before the disinfection with chlorine dioxide,the bacterial colony counts of 47.2% of the object surfaces met the object surface disinfection standards(no more than 5 CFU/cm~2),the bacterial colony counts of 76.3% of the object surfaces met the standard after the disinfection with 100 mg/L of chlorine dioxide,and the bacterial colony counts of 90.0% of the object surfaces met the standard after the disinfection with 150 mg/L of chlorine dioxide;there was significant difference in the total bacterial colony counts of object surfaces before the disinfection and after the disinfection with different concentration of chlorine dioxide(χ^(2)=28.169,P<0.001;χ^(2)=24.609,P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the total bacterial colony count among the object surfaces that were disinfected with difference concentrations of chlorine dioxide(χ^(2)=6.619,P=0.157).Totally 142 samples were collected before the disinfection with chlorine dioxide,10 of which were detected with MDROs,and no MDROs strains were detected after the disinfection with 100 mg/L and 150 mg/L of chlorine dioxide.CONCLUSION The chlorine dioxide disinfectant can achieve remarkable effect on disinfection of microorganisms and MDROs on object surfaces of ICU medical environments,and 100 mg/L of chlorine dioxide can achieve remarkable disinfe
