摘  要:目的 探讨使用多酶清洗剂与ClnMax医用泡沫预处理保湿剂对妇科吸引器预处理的效果差异。方法 选取2021年1月-5月医院使用后的妇科吸引器520件,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各260件。对照组使用自来水冲洗器械内外表面可见污物后浸泡于1∶400多酶清洗剂稀释液,浸泡15~20 min,超声清洗后置于减压沸腾清洗机内清洗。实验组直接将ClnMax医用泡沫预处理保湿剂喷洒于器械内外表面,放置5~15 min后直接置于减压沸腾清洗机内进行清洗。采用目测法和蛋白残留检测法对两种方法清洗后的器械进行清洗质量评价。结果 目测法对照组和实验组清洗质量合格率分别为90.77%和96.54%,蛋白残留检测法对照组和实验组清洗质量合格率分别为43.07%和93.07%,两种检测方法结果显示,实验组清洗合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 医用泡沫预处理剂可提高妇科吸引器的清洗效果,降低蛋白残留率。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of multi-enzyme cleaning agents and ClnMax medical foam preconditioning moisturizer on pretreatment of gynecological aspirators.METHODS From Jan 2021 to May 2021,a total of 520 gynecological aspirators were chosen as study objects after they were used and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 260 pieces in each group.The control group was treated with tap water for rising visible contaminants on internal and external surfaces of instruments and then was soaked with 1∶400 multienzyme cleaning agent diluents for 15-20 min,and the instruments were cleaned by vacuum boiling cleaning machine after they were cleaned with ultrasound.The experimental group was treated with ClnMax medical foam preconditioning moisturizer for directly spraying on internal and external surfaces of instruments,and the instruments were cleaned with vacuum boiling cleaning machine after they were placed for 5~15 min.The cleaning quality of instruments was evaluated and compared between the two cleaning methods by visual method and protein residue detection method.RESULTS The qualified rate of cleaning quality was 90.77% in the control group by visual method,96.54% in the experimental group;the qualified rate of cleaning quality was 43.07% in the control group by protein residue detection method,93.07% in the experimental group.The results of the two detection methods showed that the qualified rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The medical foam preconditioning agent can improve the cleaning effect of gynecological aspirators and reduce the protein residue rate.
