摘　　要：生物医药产业是我国重点发展的战略性新兴产业,而惠州市的生物医药产业的发展潜力巨大,有望形成与周边城市差异性竞争和不对称发展的产业。惠州市产业发展的战略选择是实现经济发展、提升城市核心竞争力、提升惠州市经济社会文化及民生价值共赢的产业。因此,提出以生物医药产业集群打造惠州市新增长极,冀望能为创造惠州市经济新增长极提供有益参考,并能对惠州市经济发展起到战略指导意义。Biomedicine industry is a strategic emerging industry focused on development in China, and Huizhou’s biomedicine industry has huge development potential, which is expected to form an industry with differentiated competition and asymmetric development with surrounding cities. The strategic choice of Huizhou’s industrial development is to achieve economic development, enhance the core competitiveness of the city, and enhance the win-win industry of Huizhou’s economic, social, cultural and livelihood values. Therefore, it is proposed to build a new growth pole of Huizhou City with the biomedicine industry cluster, hoping to provide useful reference for creating a new growth pole of Huizhou City’s economy, and play a strategic guiding role in the economic development of Huizhou City.
