摘　　要：长三角已进入全方位高质量一体化阶段,涌现了都市圈、跨界城镇圈、跨域合作园区,以及虹桥国际开放枢纽、生态绿色一体化示范区、临港自贸试验区、长三角G60科创走廊等一系列创新一体化方式的区域战略空间。这一大批实践超越了传统区域发展的“点—轴—网”逻辑,成为区域国土空间规划、建设和管理的新课题。从地理邻近性的空间视野“升维”到运用多维邻近性的理论方法,从认知、技术、组织和社会等邻近性来刻画区域战略空间的特征内涵与运行规律,进而基于案例解剖归纳提出区域战略空间的规划策略矩阵。The Yangtze River Delta(YRD)has ushered in a new era of comprehensive high-quality integration,and a series of regional strategic spaces with innovative integration approaches have emerged,such as metropolitan areas,neighboring town clusters,trans-boundary business parks,Hongqiao International Open Hub,the Demonstration Zone of Integrated Green and Ecological Development of YRD,Lin-gang Special Area of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in YRD,etc.Such integration goes beyond the traditional node-corridor-network logic of regional development and has become a new focus in regional planning,development,and management.From the spatial perspective of geographical proximity to multidimensional proximity,this paper tries to unpack the characteristics and functional logics of regional strategic spaces from the perspectives of cognitive,technological,organizational,and social proximity,which provides new insights into planning for regional strategic spaces based on an analysis of various practices in YRD.
