摘 要:现有继电保护装置普遍采用光电耦合的方法实现开入量的采集,通过分析光耦类型开入的原理,指出现有保护装置中开入使用过程中存在的风险。针对由于开入额定电压配置错误导致的误动、拒动等问题,提出通过增加一路开入来校验保护装置开入电压与变电站额定直流电源的一致性。该方法仅需要在开入板卡上增加一路开入回路,此路开入不经过断路器,直接接入变电站直流系统;软件上通过微控制单元(Microcontrol Unit,MCU)采集此路电压信号来监视直流电压等级是否正确,造价低廉、功能易实现,已经应用在南网、国网及国外市场中。Existing protective relays usually collect digital input signals through photoelectric coupling,and this paper points out the risks in the digital input collection process of existing protective relays by analyzing the underlying principles of photoelectric digital input signals.To address the malfunctioning issues caused by the settings of the voltage for the digital input,this paper proposes a method to ensure that the digital input voltage for the protective relays and the rated voltage of the substation DC power source are same by adding a digital input circuit.This method only requires adding one additional digital input circuit and connecting it to the DC power source of the substation,and then a software can be used to collect the voltage signal from this additional circuit through Microcontrol Unit(MCU)and monitor whether the voltage of the DC power source is appropriate.The method incurs a low cost and can be implemented easily,and it has already been adopted by power system operators at home and abroad.
