摘 要:配电网降损方案是节能减排的关键,由于传统无功补偿的降损方案中容量与位置选择缺乏准确指导,导致配电网降损效果不理想,设计考虑源网荷储互动的配电网降损辅助决策系统。系统以计算并降低电能损耗为目标,采用三层网络结构设计,实现数据后台功能、潮流计算功能、考虑源网荷储互动来实现降损决策功能。应用实例结果表明:所设计系统可以降低4.97个百分点的电能损失率,配变容量为100 kVA的低压台区日降损为28 kW·h,验证了此系统降损性能表现良好。Loss reduction scheme of distribution network is the key to energy saving and emission reduction.Due to the lack of accurate guidance on capacity and location selection in traditional loss reduction scheme of reactive power compensation,the effect of loss reduction of distribution network is not ideal.The Company has designed an auxiliary decision-making system for loss reduction of distribution network considering the interaction of Source Network Load Storage.Aiming at calculating and reducing power loss,the system adopts three-layer network structure design to realize data background function,power flow calculation function and loss reduction decision-making function considering interaction of Source Network Load Storage.The application example shows that the system designed in this paper can reduce power loss rate by 4.97 percentage points and daily loss of 28kWh at low voltage station with 100 kW·h distribution capacity.It is verified that the system performs well in loss reduction.
