摘　　要：蜡质可作为植物生长过程中抵御逆境的第一道“防护墙”,其主要成分是超长脂肪酸(Very Long Chain Fatty Acids,VLCFAs)的衍生物。β-酮脂酰CoA合成酶(βKetoacyl-CoA Synthase,KCS)参与超长链脂肪酸延伸的缩合反应,此反应是超长链脂肪酸合成的限速步骤,决定VLCFAs的合成速率及碳链的长度。拟南芥KCS基因家族成员及功能已被鉴定,但玉米KCS基因家族成员及功能仍不清楚。根据拟南芥KCS蛋白序列和保守结构特征,对比鉴定出39个玉米KCS蛋白,并对其结构域、蛋白质理化性质、组织特异性表达等做出分析。结果表明,玉米KCS基因家族成员含有相似的保守结构域,按照系统发育将KCS基因家族成员划分9个亚家族,该基因家族分布在9条染色体上。玉米的KCS基因表达模式各不相同,不同玉米KCS基因可能在不同时期表达而调控不同组织的发育。In the process of plant growth and development,wax can be used as the first"protective wall"against adverse factors of the external environment.Its main component was the derivative of very long chain fatty acids(VLCFAs).β-Ketoacyl COA synthase(KCS)participates in the condensation reaction of ultra long chain fatty acid extension.This reaction was the rate limiting step of ultra long chain fatty acid synthesis,which determines the synthesis rate and carbon chain length of VLCFAs and plays a key role in wax synthesis.The members and functions of KCS family in Arabidopsis have been found,but the composition of KCS family in maize was still unclear.Based on the members of Arabidopsis KCS family and their conserved structural characteristics,39 maize KCS proteins were identified,and their domains,protein physical and chemical properties and tissue-specific expression characteristics were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the maize KCS family contained similar conserved domains,and the phylogeny could be divided into 9 subfamilies,which were unevenly distributed on 9 chromosomes.The results of gene expression analysis showed that the expression patterns of maize KCS genes were different,and maize KCS genes expressed in multiple periods to regulate different tissue development.
