摘 要:玉米南方锈病在我国玉米生产上的危害日益加剧,培育抗病玉米品种是控制该病害的有效途径,培育抗病品种关键在于多生态区抗源种质的筛选、育种亲本抗病性快速改良纯化及鉴定。本文分析玉米南方锈病在国内外的发生与危害、侵染源及传播特性、病菌侵染玉米后的病症特点,阐述玉米抗南方锈病种质资源的挖掘与筛选,探讨玉米抗南方锈病基因研究,提出抗病育种策略。Southern corn rust(SCR)has become an increasingly serious disease in corn production in China.Breeding resistant varieties was an effective way to control the disease,the key to screen corn germplasm,improve and purify resistant inbred lines which can be used in multi ecological areas.This paper summarized the SCR occurrence and damage in worldwide,the infection source and transmission process,the pathological features;mining excavation and screening of corn germplasm resources resistant to SCR were demonstrated systematically.The germplasm resources of corn resistant to southern rust were explored,and breeding strategies for disease resistance were proposed through the study of corn resistance genes to southern rust.
