摘  要:针对窄煤柱沿空掘巷过程中采空区硐室充填难题,以山西经坊煤矿地质条件为工程背景,采用了FLAC数值模拟手段,分析了合理的煤柱尺寸和采空区硐室顶板应力分布特征,提出了采空区硐室掘砌充填工艺,制定了巷道围岩支护控制方案,进行了现场工业性试验,监测了巷道掘进过程中锚杆的工作载荷以及围岩裂隙发育特征。研究结果表明:6m煤柱内塑性区全部贯通,不存在弹性核区,煤柱内围岩具有较好的完整性。采空区水仓区域煤柱围岩裂隙发育且水仓顶板稳定性差,采用掘砌充填工艺后,巷道围岩变形量小且锚杆工作载荷仍有较大富裕系数,现场验证了掘砌充填工艺的可行性。采用掘砌充填工艺对窄煤柱采空区水仓进行二次支护,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形,缩短了煤柱尺寸并提高了煤炭开采效率,为类似工程提供了借鉴经验。Aiming at the difficulty in goaf chamber filling during narrow coal pillar gob-side entry driving, the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar and stress distribution characteristic of water bin roof under goaf were analyzed for Jingfang Mine using FLAC3D numerical simulation. The chamber excavating and filling technology of goaf was proposed. The surrounding rock support control scheme was formulated, and the working load of bolt and crack development characteristics of surrounding rock was monitored.The results show that: the plastic zones in the 6 m coal pillar are all connected, and there is no elastic core zone;the surrounding rock in the coal pillar has good integrity;the surrounding rock fissure of coal pillar in the goaf water bin area is developed and the stability of the roof of the water bin is poor. After the excavation and laying filling process, the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway was small and the working load of the anchor has a large abundant factor, feasibility of the excavation and laying filling process was verified. The excavation and laying filling technology was used in secondary support of the water bin in the narrow coal pillar goaf which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock and improved the coal mining efficiency with smaller coal pillar.
