摘 要:针对断层影响带内煤岩体破碎,承载能力差,工作面回采期间易出现煤壁片帮、顶板漏冒等问题,以张集矿1613A大采高工作面过F1613A78大落差断层组为工程背景,提出工作面内沿F1613A78断层下盘预掘措施巷超前注浆加固过断层方案,通过提前揭露断层,掌握断层面煤岩体结构具体情况,针对性采用锚索束强化断层面下盘顶板支护、锚索及注浆加固巷帮断层面下盘煤顶、措施巷内木垛联合工字钢及锚索形成组合整体接顶充填三个关键技术,保障工作面安全顺利通过断层。In view of the broken coal and rock mass, poor bearing capacity, which leads to coal wall spalling and roof falling during the working face mining, taking the 1613 A large mining height working face of Zhangji Mine passing through the F1613 A78 large drop fault group as the engineering background, the advance grouting reinforcement scheme of pre-excavated measure roadway along the lower wall of F1613 A78 fault in the working face was proposed. By exposing the fault in advance, the specific situation of coal and rock mass structure on the fault surface was mastered. Three key technologies were adopted to safely and smoothly cross the fault, including the roof support of the footwall of the fault surface strengthened by the anchor cable bundle, the coal roof of the footwall of the fault surface strengthened by the anchor cable and grouting, and the integrated roof filling of the wooden stack combined with I-steel and anchor cable in the measure roadway.
