摘  要:为了解决近距离高瓦斯煤层群条件下上保护层开采后下伏被保护层因卸压作用大量瓦斯涌入工作面采空区造成上隅角或回风流瓦斯超限的问题,以西汾柳矿区西山煤田东于矿03X00工作面为研究对象,运用理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了上保护层开采后被保护层的应力分布情况,得到了卸压瓦斯运移规律,从而确定了工作面“一面三巷”布置与“上覆煤层预抽+下伏煤层卸压抽采”的瓦斯治理技术方案。现场结果表明:03X00工作面开采后2号煤层完全处于卸压范围内,被保护的2号煤层卸压率达到92%,煤层瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力出现明显的下降,降低率均达到60%以上,卸压瓦斯抽采浓度提高60%,纯量提高近1倍,工作面轨道巷和底抽巷回风流最大瓦斯浓度0.3%,上隅角最大瓦斯浓度0.4%,避免了瓦斯超限,保证了矿井安全生产,也为煤与瓦斯协调开采提供了科学支撑。In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner or return air flow caused by a large amount of gas flowing into the goaf of the working face due to pressure relief after the mining of the upper protective layer under the condition of short-range high gas coal seam group, the 03 X00 working face of Dongyu Mine is taken as the research object, the stress distribution of the protected seam after the upper protective seam mining was analyzed using theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and the law of pressure relief gas migration was obtained, and the gas treatment scheme of one working face and three lanes arrangement and pre-extraction of the overlying coal seam and pressure relief gas extraction of the underlying coal seam. The field results show that after the mining of 03 X00 working face, the No.2 coal seam was completely within the pressure relief range, the pressure relief rate of the protected No.2 coal seam reached 92%, the gas content and gas pressure of the coal seam decreased significantly, the reduction rate was over 60%, the concentration of pressure relief gas extraction increased by 60%, the pure quantity increased by nearly one time. The maximum gas concentration of the return air flow of the track lane and the floor extraction lane was 0.3%, and that in the upper corner is 0.4%, gas overrun was eliminated, ensuring the coal mine safe production.
