摘 要:为了提高煤矿井下变电所系统的稳定性和可靠性,实现井下变电所的无人值守,加快智慧矿山的建设,对潞安集团司马煤业有限公司二采区无人值守变电所系统进行了改造升级。通过更新井下电力监控分站,增添级联综合保护器等设备,组建光纤环网,改进软件系统等措施,提高了信号传递的实时性和可靠性,解决了工作人员井下现场作业时安全没保障、矿井电网发生大面积停电时复电慢、各煤矿井下变电所远程监控系统信息不能共享等问题。实现了防越级跳闸、地面监控中心远程智能监控及无人值守的目的。In order to improve the stability and reliability of the coal mine underground substation system, realize the unattended underground substation, and speed up the construction of smart mines, the unattended substation system in the second mining area of Lu’an Group Sima Coal Mine was upgraded. By updating the underground power monitoring sub-station, adding cascading comprehensive protectors and other equipment, setting up an optical fiber ring network, improving the software system and other measures, the real-time and reliability of the signal transmission was improved, and the safety of the staff during the underground operation was ensured. When the power grid of the mine has a large-scale power failure, the power recovery was slow, and the information of the remote monitoring system of the underground substations of the coal mine cannot be shared. The purpose of anti-overstep tripping, remote intelligent monitoring and unattended monitoring of the ground monitoring center was realized.
