摘 要:针对晓楠矿薄煤层半煤岩巷道沿空留巷,提出了切顶成巷技术方案,制定了矿压监测设计,分析了恒阻锚索受力和围岩变形的现场实测数据,得到了薄煤层切顶成巷矿压显现规律,确定了顶板临时支护最佳回撤时间。结果表明,薄煤层切顶成巷无煤柱开采巷道变形和支护结构受力均表现出明显的阶段性特征,均呈现“缓慢-快速-缓慢-稳定”的变化趋势。顶板在工作面后108m后趋于稳定,底板稳定距离大于工作面后287m,顶板临时支护回撤时间为架后300m。The roof cutting scheme of gob-side entry retaining was proposed for the coal-rock drift in thin coal seam of Xiaonan Coal Mine, the mine pressure monitoring plan was designed, the measured data of constant resistance anchor cable stress and surrounding rock deformation was analyzed, and the law of mining pressure behavior in thin coal seam roof cutting entry retaining was obtained, and the optimal drawing time of roof temporary support was determined. The results show that the deformation of the entry and the stress on the supporting structure of the no-pillar entry retained by roof cutting show obvious stage characteristics: slow-fast-slow-steady. The roof tends to be stable 108 m behind the working face, and the stability distance of the floor is 287 m, it is recommended to draw the temporary roof support 300 m behind the support.
