摘 要:针对现有煤层气含量测试结果偏差较大的问题,借助绳索取心煤层气损失气量模拟实验平台,分析了典型碎软煤层矿井不同粒度煤样在孔底原位采样提至井口、地面装罐以及解吸罐解吸单个阶段损失量变化特征,定量揭示了煤层损失气量估算偏差大是引起煤层气含量测试不准的根本原因,样品粒度越小估算偏差越严重。研制了地面钻井煤层密闭取心装置,设计了上下球阀联动关闭结构,装置密闭压力达11.5MPa,将煤层气含量测试简化为解吸气和残余气两部分,提高了气含量测试精度。搭建了密闭取心工艺技术参数模拟试验平台,研究得出密闭取心最优参数组合。在工程应用试验中共采取煤层气含量测试样品4组,其中密闭取心3次,常规取心1次,取心深度为736.44~740.69m,平均煤样取心率72.02%,比常规取心平均提高了25.92%。In view of the large deviation of the current coalbed methane content test results(especially in broken soft coal seam), with the rope coring CBM loss gas simulation test platform, the variation characteristics of CBM loss in single stage from in-situ sampling at bottom hole to wellhead, surface tanking and desorption tank in typical broken soft coal seam mine were simulated and analyzed.It is quantitatively revealed that the large estimation deviation of coal seam gas loss is the root cause of inaccurate measurement of CBM content, and the smaller the sample size, the more serious the estimation deviation.The authors developed the closed coring device for surface drilling coal seam, and designed the linkage closing structure of upper and lower ball valves, and the closed pressure of the device reached 11.5 MPa, which simplifies the test into two parts: desorption gas and residual gas, and improves the test accuracy.The simulation test of technical parameters of closed coring process was established, and the optimal combination of parameters for closed coring of coal seam was proposed.In the industrial test, four groups of CBM content test samples were taken, including three sealed coring and one conventional, and the coring depth was 736.44~740.69 m, the average heart rate of coal sample was 72.02%.Compared with the conventional coring test, the results of sealed coring content test were increased by 25.92% on average.
