摘 要:苹果茎痘病毒(apple stem pitting virus,ASPV)是凹陷病毒属β线性病毒科(Foveavirus,Betaflexiviridae)的典型代表。ASPV基因组是正单链RNA(+ssRNA),全长约9300个核苷酸,包含5个开放式阅读框(Open reading frames,ORFs),5′端非翻译区(Untranslated region,UTR)和3′UTR。ORF 1编码依赖RNA的RNA聚合酶(RNA dependent RNA polymerase,RdRp)。To elaborate the molecular diversity of pear-infecting ASPV in China,partial RNA dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp)fragments(P1 and P2)of four ASPV isolates were analyzed.We sequenced 17 P1 sequences and 14 P2 sequences of RdRp from 4 different isolates.Phylogenetic trees analysis based on these sequenced clones from our study and related sequences retrieved from the GenBank suggested that:1)ASPV grouping in phylogenetic trees were related to their hosts;2)ASPV isolates could be divided into five evolu-tionary divergent subgroups(A-E)based on partial RdRp fragments(P1 and P2),wherein one new subgroups(D)was identified in our study based on partial RdRp fragments P1.Recombination events were detected in RdRp sequences in our study.Results from our study provide important information for studying molecular characteristics of ASPV.
