摘　　要：人口老龄化不断加剧已成为当前国际社会发展面临的共性问题。传统的养老服务理念难以适应新的需求,健康管理的模式在促进健康老龄化方面有着重要意义。该文运用文献综述法,首先简述了老龄化背景下社区体育健康管理模式建构的意义,认为通过科学的老年体育健康管理模式的构建,有助于提高老年人健康寿命,使老年人老有所为,实现人生价值,改善社会体育服务体系,增加老年体育人口;其次,归纳了社区老年健康管理模式构建需要应对的挑战与问题,并从政策、社会组织、社会资源、体育服务体系等方面提出构建社区老年体育健康管理模式的建议。The increasing aging of the population has become a common problem facing the development of the international community. The traditional concept of old-age service is difficult to adapt to the new demand, and the model of health management is considered to be of great significance in promoting healthy aging. By using the method of literature review, this paper first briefly describes the significance of the construction of community sports health management model under the background of aging, and believes that the construction of scientific elderly sports health management model will help to improve the healthy life span of the elderly, make them have something to do, realize the value of life, improve the social sports service system, and increase the elderly sports population. Secondly, the paper summarizes the challenges and problems that need to be addressed in the construction of community elderly health management model, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of community elderly health management model from the aspects of policy, social organization, social resources, sports service system, etc.
