武术礼仪的精神内涵研究——以“抱拳礼”为例

摘　　要：该文通过历史分析法、实地观察法等研究方法,以中国武术礼仪抱拳礼的精神内涵为研究对象,分析抱拳礼精神内涵的内在本质,总结传承中存在的问题,并给予建议,为武术礼仪文化的传承提供理论基础。结论:武术礼仪抱拳礼的精神内涵包括谦虚礼让与尊重,相互包容与勇敢,内外合一与自强;但教育欠缺,对教师、同学、文化以及场地设施方面并不重视;学生之间勇敢,并没有相互包容的精神内容;武术礼仪抱拳礼的精神内涵之内外合一与自强的教育、传承较好。建议:应加强抱拳礼文化背景的教育,强化尊重师长、同学等的意识;在教学实践中应将中国传统文化贯穿其中,同时从思想、意识方面着手,加强武德教育;新时期武术礼仪应培养习武者正确的人生观、价值观以及自强不息的精神。In this paper, through historical analysis method, field observation method and other research methods, taking the spiritual connotation of Chinese Wushu etiquette as the research object, it analyzes the inherent nature of the spiritual connotation of Chinese Wushu etiquette, summarizes the problems in the inheritance, and gives suggestions to provide a theoretical basis for the inheritance of Wushu etiquette culture.Conclusion:The spiritual connotation of Wushu etiquette boxing ceremony includes modesty, courtesy, giving way and respect, mutual tolerance and bravery, internal and external integration and self-improvement;However, education is lacking and teachers, classmates, culture and facilities are not paid attention to;Students are brave and have no spirit of mutual tolerance;The spirit connotation of palm-held fist etiquette among Wushu etiquettes is better in the education and inheritance of internal and external integration and self-improvement. Suggestions: We should strengthen the education of the cultural background of the palm-held fist etiquette, and strengthen the awareness of respecting teachers and students;In teaching practice, we should put Chinese traditional culture through it, and at the same time, we should strengthen the education of Wushu ethics from the aspects of ideology and consciousness;In the new era, Wushu etiquette should cultivate the correct outlook on life, values and the spirit of self-improvement of Wushu practicers.
