摘　　要：近年来,“娘娘腔”现象通过数字媒体的传播,出现在社会大众的视野中并广受热议,其中口诛笔伐之声不绝于耳。在“娘炮”文化的冲击下,尚武精神等优秀的传统文化正逐渐被边缘化。若不加以遏制这种现象,长此以往,必将给社会造成极大的心理创伤和文化上的扭曲。该文通过文献资料法等多种分析方法,从历史角度研究和梳理,发现“娘炮”现象并非凭空出现,其产生与儒学和宋明理学对古代扬文抑武的思想有着较大的关系,导致尚武雄风日渐衰弱。该文对其现代病态现象下尚武精神的溃变进行分析,并对此提出了相应对策。In recent years, through the spread of digital media, the phenomenon of "Niangniangqiang" has appeared in the public’s view and been widely discussed, among which the voices of criticism are endless. Under the impact of "Niang Pao" culture, excellent traditional culture such as martial spirit is gradually being marginalized. In the long run,if this phenomenon is not curbed, it will cause great psychological trauma and cultural distortion to the society. Through various analysis methods, such as literature review, this paper studies and combs from a historical perspective and finds that the phenomenon of "Niang Pao" does not occur out of nowhere. Its emergence has a great relationship with Confucianism and Neo Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties on the ancient thought of promoting literature and suppressing Wushu, which leads to the decline of the martial spirit. It also analyzes the collapse of the martial spirit under its modern pathological phenomenon, and puts forward the corresponding wording for this.
