摘 要:比较3种浮游植物功能群分类方法,探讨各方法中生物对环境变化的有效性,为红城湖水资源管理与水质改善提供理论基础。分别于2016年11月、2017年3月、2017年7月对海口市红城湖浮游植物群落进行调查,采用CCA方法对浮游植物FG、MFG、MBFG功能群和水体环境因子进行分析。结果表明:FG、MFG、MBFG功能群具有季节演替特征,其主要影响因子为水温、p H、电导率、总可溶性氮。3种功能群对环境均具有较好的解释度和相关性,其中FG和MFG功能群对环境的解释度优于MBFG功能群。功能群生物对总磷识别的灵敏度低于以传统分类法鉴定的优势种。在水域生态学研究中,需要将功能群划分法与传统分类法相结合。In this study, we characterized the phytoplankton community structure of Hongcheng Lake, an urban lake in Haikou City, using three methods of functional group classification: functional group(FG),morpho-functional group(MFG) and morphology-based functional group(MBFG). The relationships between the three functional group types and water quality parameters were analyzed by canonical correspondence analysis(CCA). The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for water resource management and water quality improvement of Hongcheng Lake. Quantitative and qualitative phytoplankton samples and water samples were collected in November of 2016, and March and July of 2017. The phytoplankton functional groups(FG, MFG and MBFG) all displayed seasonal succession in Hongcheng Lake, and water temperature, conductivity and nitrogen concentration were the primary environmental parameters associated with the seasonal variations. The three functional groups were all relevant to interpreting environmental conditions, but the FG and MFG groups were more informative than the MBFG functional group. The functional groups distinguished by the different classification methods were less sensitive to total phosphorus(TP)than identification of dominant species by the traditional classification method. Our results indicate that,when conducting research in aquatic ecology, it is necessary to combine the functional group classification method with the traditional classification method.
