论“三个着力”重要要求指引天津市经济社会发展的理论与实践

摘　　要：2013年习近平总书记在天津市考察时,对天津市经济、民生、党建领域的工作提出了“三个着力”的重要要求,同时也是对新时代天津市经济社会发展建设提出的总体要求。十年来,在“三个着力”要求引领下,天津市在社会发展建设中取得了丰硕成果。梳理提出“三个着力”要求的理论基础与现实依据,总结天津市十年来践行“三个着力”要求的实践与创新,可以更好地理解领会“三个着力”要求的理论逻辑与科学内涵,以及对于经济社会发展的指导意义。When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Tianjin in 2013,it puts forward the important requirements of“Three Efforts”for the work in the fields of economy,people’s livelihood and party building in Tianjin,and it is also the general requirements for the economic and social development and construction of Tianjin in the new era.Over the past ten years,Tianjin has achieved fruitful results in social development and construction under the guidance of the requirements of“Three Efforts”.Sorting out the theoretical basis and practical basis for putting forward the requirements of“Three Efforts”and summarizing the practice and innovation of Tianjin in implementing the requirements of“Three Efforts”in the past decade can better understand the theoretical logic and scientific connotation of the requirements of“Three Efforts”and its guiding significance for economic and social development.
