摘　　要：面对高质量发展和长三角一体化的区域背景,苏南地区的开发区的发展逐步迈向一个全新的阶段。文章以吴江经济技术开发区为例,梳理开发区发展脉络和阶段特征,研究在当前时代背景和空间格局下开发区的发展成就与存在短板,提出城市功能提升的目标、总体布局和发展策略,促使城市功能设施支撑体系从“量”的扩张向“质”的提升转型,提升开发区的城市竞争力和吸引力,为开发区实现高质量发展提供重要保障。Facing the regional background of high-quality development and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,the development of development zones in southern Jiangsu has gradually entered a new stage.Taking Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,this paper sorts out the development contexts and stage characteristics of the development zones,studies the development achievements and shortcomings of the development zone under the current background and spatial pattern,and puts forward the goal,overall layout and development strategy of urban function improvement,so as to promote the transformation of urban functional facilities support system from the expansion of"quantity"to the improvement of"quality",enhance the urban competitiveness and attractiveness of the development zone,and provide an important guarantee for the high-quality development of the development zone.
