摘  要:为对EPC总承包项目风险进行有效管控,文章以总承包商为研究视角,从设计、采购、施工、竣工验收、合同5个维度对EPC项目全过程风险进行分析,筛选出20个指标层因素,构建EPC总承包项目风险评价指标体系。将改进的层次分析法与熵权法相结合组合赋权,并通过TOPSIS法对8个EPC项目进行实证分析,验证了所建风险评价指标体系的科学有效性,为管理者降低EPC项目全过程风险提供了参考。In order to effectively control the risk of EPC general contracting projects,this paper takes the general contractor as the research perspective,analyzes the risk of EPC projects in the whole process from the five dimensions of design,procurement,construction,completion acceptance and contract,and selects 20 index layer factors to construct the risk evaluation index system of EPC general contracting projects.The improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method are combined to assign weight,and 8 EPC projects are empirically analyzed by TOPSIS method,which verifies the scientific effectiveness of the risk evaluation index system,and provides reference for managers to reduce the risk of EPC projects.
