摘 要:针对常规技术无法有效解决低变质易自燃厚煤层工作面CO超限问题,通过分析大南湖一矿1307工作面回风隅角CO来源,提出了采煤工作面回风隅角CO负压引排技术,建立了工作面CO负压引排系统,确定了负压引排关键参数,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:1307工作面建立的CO负压引排系统能将回风隅角CO浓度由120ppm降至14ppm,能将回风流中CO浓度由31ppm降至9ppm;负压引排流量控制在251m^(3)/min以上,在后溜减速机区域、后溜与回风巷采空区交界区域各设置1个CO引排吸风口,能有效解决工作面CO超限问题。In view of the fact that the conventional technology cannot effectively solve the problem of CO overrun in the working face of low metamorphic and spontaneous combustion thick coal seam,by analyzing the CO source in the return air corner of 1307 working face in Dananhu No.1 Coal Mine,the negative pressure CO drainage technology in the return air corner of the working face was proposed,the negative pressure CO drainage system of the working face was established,the key parameters of the negative pressure drainage were determined,and the field application was carried out.The results show that the CO negative pressure drainage system established in 1307 working face can reduce the CO concentration in the corner of the return air from 120 ppm to 14 ppm,and can reduce the CO concentration in the return air flow from 31 ppm to 9 ppm.Negative pressure drainage flow control above 251 m^(3)/min,in the rear scraper conveyor reducer area,rear scraper conveyor and return air roadway goaf boundary area each set a CO drainage suction port,can effectively solve the problem of CO overrun in working face.
