某建筑综合体全钢框架结构施工工艺研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的不断加快,钢框架的建筑综合体也越来越多,钢结构施工存在着工程体量大、节点多变、安装环境复杂的问题,多种工种同时施工,对工艺的流程、环境、精度提出了更高的要求。本文对全钢框架结构施工中的钢结构吊装、防火涂料施工以及屋面、墙面压型板施工的工艺进行梳理,将其形成一个系统的施工工艺体系,目的是在施工前将各个工程与主体结构连接节点工作完成,做到施工一体化,提高精度,保障工期,为类似的大型全框架建筑结构施工提供了借鉴。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,there are more and more building complexes with steel frames.Steel structure construction has the problems of large project volume,changeable nodes,and complex installation environment.Various types of work are constructed at the same time.Environment and precision put forward higher requirements.This paper sorts out the process of steel structure hoisting,fireproof coating construction and roof and wall profiled construction in the construction of all-steel frame structure,and forms a systematic construction process system.The purpose is to integrate each project with the main body before construction.The work of the structural connection nodes is completed,the construction is integrated,the accuracy is improved,and the construction period is guaranteed,which provides a reference for the construction of similar large-scale full-frame buildings.
