摘　　要：杰拉德·汉姆作为20世纪中后期美国档案学重要学者与实践者之一,在其长期工作实践中,形成了非常前卫与全面的档案思想。通过文献研究发现,社会范式是其档案思想的核心,以其为线索可串联起汉姆的档案鉴定思想、档案后保管思想、档案职业发展思想,较为完整地呈现汉姆的思想体系。汉姆的思想体系不仅对当时的档案管理工作实践产生了重大影响,对新时代档案理论的构建与发展也具有重要的参考和启示意义,具有跨时空的价值。As one of the important scholars and practitioners of American archival science in the middle and late 20th century,F.Gerald Ham formed very avant-garde and comprehensive archival thoughts in his long-term work practice.Through literature research.it is found that social paradigm is the core of his archival thoughts.This paper will take this core as a clue to connect Ham’s thoughts on archival appraisal,archival post-custodial and archival career development,attempting to present Ham’s complete ideological system,this system not only had a great influence on the practice of archival management at that time,but also had an important reference and enlightenment significance to the construction and development of archival theory in the new era.Its value spans time and space.
