美国档案工作者协会档案宣导体系探析

摘　　要：档案领域中的“宣导”一词对应“advocacy”,是其中国化后的一种语词选择,取其宣传和倡导之义。美国档案工作者协会形成了针对政策制订者、社会公众和会员所在机构内部这三类不同目标群体的档案宣导体系。通过对SAA档案宣导体系的分析得出:需要在明确档案宣导的目标、职能定位、主体、客体、内容和可持续化等方面构建科学合理的档案宣导体系。The word advocacy in archive is a word choice after its Sinicization.The connotation of archival advocacy focuses on archival publicity and initiation.Society of American Archivists has developed an archival advocacy system for policy makers,the public,and within the members’organizations.Through the analysis of SAA archives advocacy system,it is concluded that it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable archives advocacy system in the aspects of clarifying the objective,function orientation,subject,object,content and sustainability of archives advocacy.
