清代雍正朝军机处满文议复档的形态特点与主要功能

摘　　要：新近出版的雍正朝军机处满文议复档表明,遵旨议复、报皇帝允准后形成决策,是军机大臣在“承旨书谕”之外一项重要的常规性工作。议复档在形态格式上有自身特点,在文书主体、篇幅和承载力等方面亦不同于廷寄上谕、朱批奏折。议复档的形成集中地反映了军机大臣在诸多国家军、政事务决策中的作用和地位。The newly published Grand council Yifudang(议复档)of Yongzheng Period indicated that,discussion and reply according the Emperor’s decrees before the decision-making was formed with the Emperor’s permission,had been the Grand Council Minsters'routine and important jobs beside their duty of draft imperial edict.Yifudang has its own formal characters.Its subject,length and capacity of its content are different from Court Letters(廷寄上谕)and Palace Memorials(朱批奏折).The formation of the Yifudang intensively reflected the grand council Ministers’dominant position and function in the policymaking process of political and military affairs.
